Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Place the item in its original packaging with all designer tags and hardware protectors intact to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

Inspection and Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
